"How I Freely Promote my Business (and make money) on the Internet"

How are you doing, promoting your business on-line? Are you getting the word out, about what you do, and the products you're selling? How are you getting people to visit your site?

You may already be taking advantage of these simple & free ways to  promote your business on-line. Some of these ideas might be new to you. Check them out. Maybe these methods can help you to better "expose yourself" on-line:

1) Search Engines. Many will accept your submission, free of charge. You can list your website, with your e-mail address. People search for certain words, so, YOU should use the words that BEST describe your site!  The search engine then gives them YOUR site location! Get listed with as many as possible! Here's some of the best:

2) Newsgroup Postings. I post info in several Newsgroups about a Free Report on making MONEY from one's HOME, for example. I get lots of responses from those postings! Here's some that I post to regularly:

* biz.entrepreneurs,
* biz.marketplace,
* alt.business.home,
* market.internet.free

3) I send e-mails. I see the ads of others, and send each person a sample of one of my Reports or a free copy of my "HomeMoney" Newsletter. I also e-mail all those who send me e-mails. I've gotten several orders this way! Most people don't mind getting a Free Report; or something which they can read and enjoy, and something that might benefit them. It's different if they're "spammed" with a sales-circular or a
promotional brochure.

4) Trade ads with other Newsletters. A couple other newsletters have run our trade ad, some have listed my Newsletter in their Newsletter, and many new people subscribe from such lists! 5) Fill out forms for free listings! I submit info about my Reports to anyone who wants to post the info at their site, on a list of available articles, in their Marketers Library, or whatever. My articles are posted at about 20 locations (the sites of others) on the net. This kind of exposure is available & Free to anyone who will take advantage of it!

6) I Write Articles. This one you're reading, for example, gives readers some ideas; some things maybe you never considered, and then I uaually have a short paragraph at the end of each of my articles, with more info about me; what I do, etc. Sometimes I offer a free report or a free sample Newsletter and that brings in more responses!

7) I Subscribe to several ListServ's. These are like subscribing to a free Newsletter,.. only you can post messages to the entire list & you can add a short "signature line" with your postings. You can read thepostings of others and e-mail them directly, with info about what you do which could help meet their needs. A good way to help others; to gain needed information and to share some of what YOU do with

8) Chat Rooms. I visit live chat rooms, where people are gathered and are discussing topics that I am interested in. I visit "The Writer's Cafe" for example, to exchange ideas with other writers,.. and, when I have a chance, I share with them what I do to help other writers; the monthly mailing of freelance articles that I do, my lists of Writers and Publishers at my website, etc.

9) I place paid ads. I also pay to have my ads placed in e-mail Newsletters, like D.E.M.C. In fact, one of my ads recently brought in 170 responses! I usually offer one of my reports, free in my ads. I send my free report to every person who requests it,.. and then a second e-mail with details about my Newsletter; all my other Reports, costs, etc.

10) Issue a Newsletter. Many people really enjoy receiving a weekly or monthly Newsletter, if it contains News; Tips or Reviews about Web related info. Ads can be included and very few will object, as long as it's not FULL of ads! The Newsletter can be your forum; 'your own baby' to "assist other on-line entrepreneurs" or a similar objective. It's not difficult to issue a regular Newsletter. If you need assistance, the

All of these methods can be employed by YOU to various degrees, and are available to most on-line business people. There are manyplaces on-line where you can post free ads; get onto specialized mailing lists; meet other people through chat rooms,.. all to help publicize and promote your business on-line. Take advantage of them. 'Expose Yourself' on the Net and watch your business grow!

Here's 3 ways I make money, from my home, via the Internet:

(1) I Write and Sell my writings (Books & Reports) over the Net and via Mailorder. I usually offer a Free Sample Report,.. and then send each person a list of my titles. Checks arrive in the mail and I ship whatever each one orders via parcel post or UPS.

(2) My "HomeMoney" Newsletter is pulling in responses,.. and it's bringing in cash for ADS that people wish to place in it! That money is nearly all profit! Ads are sent to me via e-mail,.. I copy them and paste them into place! No typesetting,.. no paper, or printing, or postage! All is done on my computer, and takes just a little time!

(3) I do monthly mailings for other article writers,.. distributing their articles to a list of 90 Publishers. Each writer sends me their latest article & a $25. mailing fee. Out of their fees, I make copies of all their articles; fill all the Paks and pay for the postage & copying! (I also include MY articles, too, in every Pak.)
